You can by head gaskets that are full of fibre optics, and fibre optic spark
plugs, a bit like a 21st century colourtune. Slightly costly for the DIY-er
I suspect. However there is one aviation ECU manufacturer who has the fibre
fitted spark plugs. Haven't dared ask the price
