[Diy_efi] Ignition Stuff-Saab design

I would imagine that Saab uses a deck height much
closer than 1".  Most engines I've worked on use
.40 to .60.  Some have a lot less .35 is not too
uncommon.  That being said, a typical coil should
be able to fire it, or perhaps a low ohm HEI coil
from a Chev (40KV) would fire it better
