[Diy_efi] Removing top speed limiter

Hi all,

My 2001 Yukon runs pretty good as is, but she stops going at 97.

Short of buying a Hypertech (isn't that why we're here?), what are my
options for either disabling or increasing the limit? 115 would be a good
start (where my '93 stopped going).
