[Diy_efi] DIY_WB and stand alone ems

  This Year is the first year i have to take my truck to emissions in 
arizona since it is a 1997 i guess they started a new thing called on board 
emissions testing, where they plug into the computer to do the emissions 
test, they say it is a 4 part test consisting of 1) key on engine off MIL 
light is on, 2) Enging running MIL light goes off, 3) Command MIL light 
On/Off , 4) I&M monitors are checked.

what do you all think of this type of testing? with odbII will they be able 
to do all of the test consistantly on all vehicles? do you forsee any 
problems with this? Do you think there will be any aftermarket walk arounds?

Just curious to hear your input.
