[Diy_efi] creating ecu files for winbin or tunercat ???

The format of the winbin files is pretty straightforward, and I think it
comes with documentation describing it.  Tunercat supplies a TDF creator
program.  So I think you're asking how to look at a bin, locate the
tables and their purpose, and put that info into an ecu file or tdf
file.  Right?  There's no easy answer for that.  Read everything on the
gmecm page.  Read the hacks that are on ecmguy's page.  Read everything
on tunercats page.  Spend some time digging in the archives with the
search engine.  Download the tunercat demo, look at the tables as
tunercat displays them and then look at the corresponding locations in
the bin file.
