[Diy_efi] Q regarding placement of a pressure sensor

There are units designed to replace the VAF with a MAP and IAT pair.  The
HKS VPC (recently discontinued) comes to mind.  It outputs a frequency
signal based on air density which is similar to the VAF signal.
