I'm currently using the Texas' MSP430F149, which is the 'biggest' one, and
has 60kB Flash and 2kB RAM. So the ram isn't much. Anyway, the flash can
be updated in-system, and also the code itself can update it while
running, so the maps can be altered easily, if it's not frequent
(Flash wears)..
It's not running as an EFI controller, but the ion sensor, but anyway..
