many people have had problems finding these ecms. 
just remember that gm issued another part number on
these ecms (# 16198263) according to
http://www.sytyauthority.net/

www.gmpartsdirect.com sells these for $107+$25 core
charge.  if you have trouble finding one that may be
your best option. oh, and they sell MEMCALS for about
$40.
