[Diy_efi] 749 code in 730 ecm

A 730 is designed to run 8 saturated, or 1 TBI Peak and hold.
It would ****seem**** logical that you could run two TPI P+Hs on it.
Saturated ie ~18 ohms
TBI Peak and Hold ~ 1.2
TPI Peak and Hold ~ 2.4

A 749 is designed to run 6 saturated, but folks have run 8 without problems.
Or 4 TPI Peak and Holds.
Or again by extension, 2 TBI Peak and Holds.
