[Diy_efi] 2.7 V6 PGM-Fi (Honda/Acura/Rover/Sterling) ECUs

Knowing Honda they probably drop out the A/C compressor when you hit the
sport button, AC can drain 10hp on big compressors. They're supposed to kick
it back in when you brake too - use some of the car's otherwise wasted
energy to run the AC.
