The greatest generator of O2 are the kelp fields, dunno if they are some
what seasonal, but if they are, then your subject to the same changes as
anyone else.
When one passes costs $1,200 and that's only if nothing breaks, the weather
stations are cheap.   Especially if they save an engine every once in a
while.
