Probably a 48 DCO-SP, which was a later version. Slightly modified =
progression drillings and a few other mods (missing idle air bypass I =
think)

I've heard of 48 DCOE's and 58 DCO3's, but never a 48 DCO. The 58 DCO3 =
is
damn near unobtanium, it's the old sand cast design. (had to be sand =
cast,
the "fuel" resistant alloy used in 'em is not amenable to die casting!)
