93/94 octane in R+M/2 method (anyone know the "R" value of this?)

I mentioned using RFG - This is "reformulated gasoline", I
think.  Supposed to burn cleaner, etc.  I'm sure other listers know a lot
more about it than I do.  I hear it sucks for performance, though.
