[Diy_efi] Gmecm list

We had a hardware failure a couple of weeks ago and had to replace the
list server. In the process we changed from majordomo to mailman. You can
either use the web interface (there is a link at the bottom of this email,
just change diy_efi to gmecm and it will work) or send an email to
gmecm-request at diy-efi.org with a body of "help" and it should get you
going in the right direction.
