[Diy_efi] DIY-WB / unplugged sensors

While I can't speak as to how long the sensors will live unpowered in exhaust,
I have run a few engines with the unplugged WB in for many hours w/o any
damage.  They were typically screwed directly into the exhaust manifold.  The
engines were often subjected to 10-20 minutes of 1/2 load or greater.
