[Diy_efi] compression ratio

It might but I have not met one machinist or racer who suggested to go
tighter than .038 on a street car engine. I also would have my daily driver
down for months to fix any possible problem. So here I stay on proven ground
looking for 800 HP. We'll see what happens.
