[Diy_efi] TBI and EFI computers

do the computers in EFI and TBI systems auto correct themselves if for
instance you put a turbo on one and just want 8 psi run. If I put larger
injectors and a better fuel pump would it run just fine w/o haveing to redo
the computer stuff? I know I need to redo the chip if I want a great
performance increase but will it atleast work and not run lean with this
setup?
