Adam,
Resistor aging depends on many factors:
1. type of resistor (IE construction - Carbon composition, Carbon film,
Metal film, wire wound, etc)
2. how close it is operated to its design limits, particularly average
power and voltage limits
3. physical environment - temperature, atmosphere (corosive,
contaminants, etc)
4. electrical environment - spikes (istantaneous power transients)
5. time
6. etc
There is no easy answer - it depends on the individual application - the
particular car sensor layout and location where the car is (death
valley, Brazilian jungles or Toronto), etc, etc.
Get the picture?
And then the manufacturer provides no info to Joe public to tell us what
it should be! same story as with the NTK-Honda WB O2 sensors!

Good luck
Bill

I hadn't thought of that. :D

Yeah, I would be more concerned in the same manner.
Although at what age would you become worried about
component drift in something like a resistor?
