[Diy_efi] Wanted suggestions for appropriate donor vehicles

I would like to start a DIY project on a car that is pre fuel injection.
The ECM of my dreams would allow for:
1.	Sequential injection of a 8 cylinder engine.
2.	Be viable for use with a turbocharger after the basic system is
installed and functional.
3.	Be tunable.

I do not want to reinvent the wheel.  I was hoping to find a selection
of automobiles that could act as a reasonable donor.

Also, on another note.  What is the common method of dealing with two
oxygen sensors in a dual exhaust engine?  Or is it generally assumed
that the two banks of a V8 will operate within similar parameters and
sampling one bank of cylinders is sufficient?
