[Diy_efi] PWM signal frequency conversion

Derek O'Banion posted this before, but I didn't see any responses, so I
thought I'd try again.

I need something that will change the frequency of a PWM signal, but keep
the say duty cycle. Are there any off-the-shelf chips that can do this, or
will I have to make something?
