[Diy_efi] (no subject)

Hi my name is Brian I've been following the list for a while now but this is 
my first posting.  I bought and built the WB PCB about a year ago but never 
bought the actual sensor.  Now I've gotten back into it and I went to test 
the circuit as per the troubleshooting guide on the website and this is what 
I found:


Step 8 Voltage at J7 was a couple of tenths below U4 pin1 ~3.65
        R37 was checked and verified correct

Step 22 The voltage at U3 pin 9 with ref to J7 was -1.23.
        R25 checked out fine

Step 24  Voltage at J6 with ref to J7 was -1.56
        R26, R27, R28  all checked out fine.

All other steps up to this point have checked out very close to indicated 
values.  I'm powering up the circuit with aprox 11.8V.
All measurements are made with DMM.
I don't know how to check diodes and capacitors, like it says to, could 
someone tell me how??

I'm pretty confident that its soldered correctly and I can find no "blobs" 
shorting anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
