[Diy_efi] Throttle body sizing

I have a simple question regarding throttle body sizing.  I am working on 
fuel-injecting an old 1.8l 4-cyl motor which has no pre-built EFI components 
available.  My friend has suggested using a throttle body (63mm?) from a 
5.0l Mustang.

Is it okay to use a 5.0l throttle body for a 1.8l motor?
