[Diy_efi] Bosch Injector flow rates 80% or 100% duty ?

Could someone please let me know if Bosch injector flow rates are measured 
at 80% or 100% duty cycle.
i have a 280 150 403 and bosch tell me it flows 503cc/min but at what duty 
??
