[Diy_efi] about LM9044

Now I want to use an O2 sensor interface amplifier. From here I know I should
use the LM9044. But the datasheet don't give me an example of how to use it.
>From Ludis's web page,I download some schematics of the 1227749.On it I find
the circuit. But the circuit don't give the number of the capacitor ,can
somebody tell me? especially the capacitor used between the RF pin and the
GND.
