[Diy_efi] DIY_WB threads

The flaws in the DIY_WB project have already been hashed out on the
efi332 list.  There's a spreadsheet in incoming called zeittraning or
something similar that compares the DIY to a commercial Bosch. 
Transients have significant errors, steady state is reasonably close. 
Don't bother posting on the merits or drawbacks of DIY_WB versus
commercial because it'll never see the light of day.  Discussions of
improving the circuitry or debugging board problems are OK.
