[Diy_efi] Intake manifold design

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good book on intake manifold design for fuel
injection?   I'm looking for fairly basic information for a normally
aspirated engine.   I know there are issues related to runner length, plenum
volume and placement, surge tanks, MAP & IAT sensor location, etc.
