[Diy_efi] Fuel rail sizing

All the Supra race engines I have worked on had a 3/4 inch od rail about 0.035
wall thickness in stainless steel. If it going to be a batch fire system it is
about impossible to build one too big if sequential i have found the demands to
be a little more modest in the way of peak flow demands as you are only turning
on one injector at a time.
