[Diy_efi] Spark knock detection

My Nissan 3L Turbo (RB30ET) manual states something about it
being ignored past 3000 rpm - possibly because there is so
much other noise. Also the block has provision for 3 sensors
between each pair of cylinders, though only the centre one
is used
