[Diy_efi] WB working need help with LED Display

I just finished my installation of my DIY-WB and it seems to work according
to my data log.
I’m trying to use The LED display from Bruce Roe, I think I must have fried
something during the soldering process.
I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot.
The display lights the outer-most red LED and the first 5 Green LED (nearest
center).
Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot?
