[Diy_efi] WB working need help with LED Display

OK, Try this.  

The outermost red LED is just a power on indicator.

Connect up the 4 display leads to the WB, no sensor 
needed and low battery OK (engine off).  But move the 
display pin 10 (VOUT) to the same place the pin 3 (VREF) 
is connected, WB J9.  Now you should measure 2.5V from 
grd (J12) to J9, no LEDs on.  Check U2 pins 8 and 14, 
should also show 2.5V.  U2 pins 7 and 1 should measure 
within 0.1V of the same.  U3 and U6 should measure 3.75V 
on pins 4 and 8, 5.0V on pins 6 and 7, 8V on pins 3 and 9,  
0V on pin 2.
