[Diy_efi] Bosch L-Jet success!

Thanks much to Chris Conlon, I have managed to run a smooth idle by 
sending 7v down pin 8 as Vc (10k ohm across 8 and 9).

At present, I *think* this is a constant voltage but did see some drift 
in my measurements; I'm not too concerned about it just yet, just ran a 
quick experiment.

Still needs some fine-tuning, but I'm pretty confident I'll be able to 
advance beyond just idle fairly soon now!
