[Diy_efi] power steering pump relocation

MR2 is ECU controlled off a pair of quadrature sensors on the
steering tube, senses torque, motor is on demand and PWM'd also...

I'm looking for one for my car cause my damn PS pump is right in
front of the turbo inlet and it has a dogleg air passage :(
