[Diy_efi] GM ECM Test Bench Circuit boards

Now available, a ecm bench all on one board. just add a spare set of
pigtails, ign module and a case.=20

Tested with 730 and 749.=20
Also 165 and 747 will work.=20
Sorry, won't work with 148 ecms, DIS or later OBDII.=20

Test out that code patch before hitting the street.=20

Simulates most sensors (knock and O2 disabled) and displays the major
ECM outputs via LEDs.=20

ALDL to Serial onboard, just add serial cable.=20

Size is roughly 4 =BD=94 by 8=94 . Will fit into an old P3/P4 ECM case.  =


Outputs ALDL to serial via DB-9.

LED outputs for;=20

Main Power, Ign on, SES,IAC A, IAC B, TCC or Shift Light, EGR, INJ 1,
INJ 2, FAN, CPP or Waste Gate, and A/C relay.=20

Switches include Main power, Ign Power, A/C request, MAP/MAF sig, TPS
sig, CTS sig, MAT sig, P/N-VSS flip flop.=20

Pots include TPS, MAP/MAF, CTS, MAT, VSS, RPM.=20

Production boards will have solder mask and silkscreen.

Working up a Digi-Key parts list and a basic assembly instruction sheet.
Will try and get a drawing done that locates all the part centers for
drilling a case top.=20

Parts run about $75 bucks plus ign module, ECM harness
connectors(pigtails), case and serial cable (needs all pins connected
1-1,2-2,etc).=20

Bare boards will run $50 shipped with parts list and instructions.=20
Soldered boards with parts(no ign module,pigtails or case) $160 shipped
with instructions.=20
