I haven't seen the rest of this thread however I can invisage some problems
when you come off WOT as mentioned...
A blip on the throttle will see WOT exhaust gas attempt to leave the exhaust
side turbine... however to do this it would have to spin the intake side
turbine which would cause excessive vacuum after the throttle body, hence
slowing down the exhaust gas leaving.  The next engine cycle would see the
exhaust gases being at pressure and the intake being at vacuum and hence
would reverse the gas flow (ie exhaust gases would enter the combustion
chamber)...
