[Diy_efi] This turbo assist stuff, suggestions

I've seen 3 ceramic failures in Skylines.
As I said before, 14psi seems to be the pressure where shaft speeds etc are
just too much for them and they fall off.

THOUGH I have seen a guy push these turbos well over that and close to 20psi
without any 'immediate' problems
