[Diy_efi] Water metanol turbo assist

Derek,

As you know, I'm using the stock ECU with a E Manage and 2 MAFs. Under
spoolup, the stock ECU defaults to 12.5:1 a/f. BUT, if I lean it out into
the 13s, it definitely makes more power during spool up, I've seen this on
the dyno and my E Manage's logs. These a/fs are measured with a FJO WB.
