[Diy_efi] Separate turbo list?

maybe it would be better to keep a turbo thread going versus just having a 
whole new list. airflow and fuel and spark are all intertwined in the EFI 
equation. there is no way to seprate them except to divcorce them forcefully. 
but i think it would be better to have a couple of ongoing Turbo thread this 
way if you dont want to read them you see them know what they are delet etc. 

  just my 2cents.
