[Diy_efi] Pre-TB water/alky nozzle orientation

Maybe not.. But you have to wonder about the atomization quality of running
massive injectors so close to the ports.
We'll be running the primaries of 1700cc at the to of the running with
1200cc 2ndaries near the port.
1200 atomization quality is about 4 fold the 1700cc.
