[Diy_efi] New BMW 760, fuel pressure, direct inject

Wartsila Diesel 8L32 engine (5500hp) run 13500psi as a crack point on the
inj.
This was reduced to 9000psi after the life expectancy of 2000hrs on the
nozzles was sitting around 900hrs.
