[Diy_efi] Separate turbo list?

I'm just a Fing New Guy, but I fail to see the disadvantage in a separate
list, especially since other turbo lists seem to deal with carbs.. Those
people on this list who want to read the content can, of course, subscibe to
the DIY_Turbo list, or whatever the name will be.
