Adam,
I'm not sure if it will be a deal or not. He's waiting on an insurance
settlement. Even if he keeps it, he's the kind that would let me use it for
tuning...

Not really. You will need to have the vehicle
steady-state for probably 5+ seconds (more likely
closer to 10 for a car) to get a consistent reading of
actual exhaust gases.

Absolutely.

No. It does have traps and filters that must be

Not sure what is available on the market right now.
Most are pretty expensive. Looks like $2500 for a
used one is pretty common. New ones can run as high
as $7000.
