For that you would need someone who understands what they are talking =
about more than me.

The fact that the racers remove this feature would tend to suggest that =
it is restrictive on high flow systems, but without it your turbo =
doesn't spool until 4000RPM. As ever there is very little in the public =
domain to explain this one.
