[Diy_efi] Throttle body sizes

I don't mean to change the subject, but this brings up a question I have.  
At what depression is the standard for rating the flow rate (cfm) of 
throttle bodies and carbs?  There must be a standard because the flow 
obviously depends on the pressure differential so these things would have to 
be flowed at the same pressure for fair comparison.
