[Diy_efi] Holley projection help needed

I purchased a holley projection 4di system and am
having some issues with it.  My map sensor reading
with the key on ignition off is 192 kpa, the book says
it should be 101.  It also states the voltage to the
sensor should be 2 volts with the koio.  Mine reads
4.8 volts.  The other problem I am seeing is the
system is constantly changing states between idle,
run, and standby making the idle terrible.  Any help
would be appreciated.
