[Diy_efi] Need Proper tool for crimping weatherpack

It's called an Open Barrel Crimping Tool.
Both Cooper and Standard make a tool.
Both are $20-40.
I use the PowerPath crimper which is a divsion of
Federal Mogul, which is a devsion of Cooper
