[Diy_efi] Unstable holley projection

Jeff,

You can plop a MegaSquirt right in there.  There are a lot
of people running TBI injection of big motors.

I wrote a program that will take a dyno chart and make a baseline
VE table for the MS, so that's a good start.

I just bring this up because there are a large number of holley
converts over on the MS list.
