I have a BMW 523 1997 ECU with a fuel injector driver bad.  The IC part number is:

DPS 926748

N 9718DADO
B01 F0H4GAR833

The ECU number is:

Siemens
5WK9 0322
DME MS41.0

Does anyone of you have the datasheet for the IC ? Do you know a replace part ?
