[Diy_efi] eprom burrner

I want to get a eprom burnner and am trying to save up for it but I was 
wondering if their was somewere I can buy a used one? Or a cheep one?  I 
have looked on ebay and their are some on their but I dont know if those 
would be compadle with what I need.  I will use it for my 7747 chevy tbi 
cumputer.
