I just finished a Formula SAE car project in which we used a Motec M4 ecu to 
control a custom pfi setup and two coil wasted spark ignition on a Honda CBR 
600 F2.  The engine was mapped n-alpha with the map sensor used for baro 
pressure only.  The problem most people run into when trying to adapt fuel 
injection to non factory injected bike engines is the crank trigger wheel 
does not have all evenly spaced teeth.  In our application, the F2 has a 12 
tooth minus 3 wheel meaning three teeth are missing to let the bike ignition 
know where cyl1 TDC is located.  The solution, which I think is a fairly 
clever one, is to use a 12 tooth adjustable wheel for an F4i with an F2 
center hub.  We used a hall sensor and magnet in a cam gear bolt to 
establish a crip (crank index position).
