[Diy_efi] 4v throttle body

I've read the previous posts on the is topic and haven't been quite
satisfied for what I wan to do.  Here is my repost from the MegaSquirt list.
Maybe you can offer some additional information. Im not interested in using
the horn from one of the OEM TBI injections, se bellow.
